  • Android runners and application infrastructure (dashboard, authentication): Google Cloud Platform — contracting entity Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data physically hosted in the European region europe-west1 (St. Ghislain, Belgium). Website: https://cloud.google.com.

Intellectual property

All elements available on the Service (texts, logos, trademarks, interfaces, specific source code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Ethan Morisset, except for third-party software components distributed under their respective licenses. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or use is prohibited.

Trademark

Maestro Deck is a French word mark registered with INPI (the French National Institute of Industrial Property) under national number 26 5259782, in the name of Ethan Morisset, in classes 9 and 42 of the Nice Classification. Filed on May 19, 2026, it was published as registered in the Official Bulletin of Industrial Property (BOPI) no. 26/40 of October 2, 2026. The registration takes effect from the filing date, for a period of ten years renewable indefinitely. Any unauthorized use of the name or of signs likely to cause confusion engages the liability of its author under articles L713-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
